During this time our office has developed strong relationships with prosecutors, other lawyers, and judges. Each and every case and court is different. A judge’s, prosecutor’s, or opposing counsel’s tendencies and beliefs can make a big difference on how to handle a case. We are always ready to take your case to trial, but many times we are able to negotiate an agreement that our client is happy with, without having to go to trial.

We tell you what to expect, what your options are and what risks are associated with certain strategies. It is easy to tell people what they want to hear, but it is tough to be honest.
